Saighton, Cheshire: barn conversions to dwellings
Converting a series of redundant barns into four new dwellings. An additional new-build, detached dwelling was also permitted as part of the scheme after significant efforts to demonstrate its merit and justification with the LPA. This scheme is for a long-term recurring client and the units will be retained for rental. The scheme adds to the clients’ portfolio in terms of quality and also size of dwellings they offer for rent.
