Vets4Pets - Colchester
The brief
In Colchester, Vets4Pets has opened a new, bigger practice called Vets4Pets Colchester Advanced Surgery. This purpose-built, state-of-the-art practice provides a range of additional, specialised veterinary services, including kennelling to cater for overnight stays for pets where in-patient services are required.
NWD’s approach
The experienced NWD team produced a detailed design specification for the new Advanced Surgery space, working closely with the client, who is running the new practice. The design included new services, partitions, mezzanine floor, stairs, M&E works, ceilings and all other associated works, along with installation of specialist surgery hi-tech equipment.
The outcome
The three-month project was successfully completed as a result of all the suppliers working closely together. This included the Construction Management team, architects, structural engineers and M & E consultants.
